What happens in this time?

  • You name your Big Three: your non-negotiable priorities

  • You reconnect with your database and pipeline

  • You reflect on where you’re building momentum—or losing it

11am: Skills Class—Where the Foundation Stays Sharp

At 11am, we shift into our Skills Class, a weekly deep dive into foundational concepts every broker should master—no matter how long you’ve been in the business.

Topics rotate weekly, but often include:

  • The Ninja 9 habits in real-world action

  • How to run a compelling listing consultation

  • Writing (and explaining) NWMLS contracts with confidence

  • Understanding “flow” in your client relationships

  • Structuring a buyer consultation that builds instant trust

  • What to say when… (common client curveballs)

This isn’t “101” content. It’s relevant, repeatable practice that evolves as you do. Some weeks we’re role-playing objections. Others, we’re pulling up NWMLS forms and going line-by-line.
