While values are maintaining we are starting to feel a shift in the current real estate market.
.This means a couple things for our clients. Firstly, the shift is a welcome change to weary buyers who have had to constantly compete in a highly competitive market. Secondly, for sellers the amount of offers has gone down. This hasn’t affected the value of their home just the demand. This might worry some but it’s a good sign we are moving into a more sustainable and “healthy”
