Ethics, Articles & Duties, OH MY!

July 16, 2025 The Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice course is required every 3 years. Required, yes. Snooze-fest? No. We’ll cover the required material in an engaging, collaborative, and fun way.

Let’s talk about the Code of Ethics—not as a checkbox, but as a compass.

In this refreshingly real take on professional standards, we’ll unpack the NAR Code of Ethics and what it actually means in the context of modern real estate. Spoiler: it’s about more than just not breaking the rules—it’s about how we show up, speak up, and serve our clients (and each other) with integrity.

Forget the outdated scripts and dry lectures. This course is designed for engagement, not endurance.

In this course, you will examine all of the professional standards including The Articles of the Code of Ethics. You’ll review case studies of real scenarios where alleged violations occurred and then make your own decisions on those studies in a group setting. Takeaways will be applications you can apply to your day-to-day business dealings to ensure ethical business practices are taking place.

Whether you’ve taken an ethics class ten times or this is your first, you’ll leave with fresh perspective, sharper instincts, and practical insight you can apply immediately.

This class satisfies your NAR triennial ethics requirement—but more importantly, it reconnects you to the why behind the work.

Bring your voice. Bring your values. Leave aligned, informed, and ready to lead.
