Introducing… Broker Kate Pedersen
Kate Pedersen began her real estate career in 2008. After working with a Metropolist agent on a home purchase for her client, Kate attended to one of Metropolist’s Learning Lab classes for Real Estate continuing education. After the class, she was asked if she wanted to know any info about joining the Metropolist firm. Kate replied that she was happy where she was at. The next day when Kate woke up she thought “I’m moving my license to Metropolist” so she joined the brokerage in 2017. Kate grew up in North Seattle and loves living here. She enjoys the mild weather Washington offers and the awesome people that live here.

Kate enjoys being with her friends and family and traveling. She plans fun adventures whenever she travels. Her trips often include multi-day biking tours and hiking throughout the area. Kate believes being active is important for her health and happiness.

- I once bought concert tickets for the Paramount. Turned out it was the Paramount in St. Paul, Minnesota and I went to the concert!!!
- I climbed 69 flights of stairs for Leukemia 20 years in a row!
- I once received free tickets to see the Mariners play from LOU PINIELLA.
- My favorite place in the world is the island Mallorca near the coast of Spain.
- My favorite thing to do is laugh
- My favorite house style is Contemporary Craftman – perfect mix of modern and charm.
