It’s that time of year again, and our hearts are full.
Metropolist is proud to be showing up loud and proud at the 2025 Seattle Pride Parade on Sunday, June 29th—and we’d love nothing more than to have you walking alongside us.
This year’s theme? “Louder.”
Not louder just for the sake of noise but louder in what matters:
Louder in love.
Louder in support.
Louder in the fight for equity, dignity, and inclusion.
A Signature Celebration of Community
Our participation in Seattle Pride isn’t just about marching—it’s one of our favorite client appreciation events of the year.
This is our way of saying thank you, of coming together outside the walls of real estate to celebrate something bigger than all of us: connection, inclusion, and joy. We invite our clients, friends, family, and community partners to join us for a day that’s filled with music, laughter, and that unmistakable feeling of belonging.
This isn’t just a parade—it’s a celebration of who we are together.

Why We Show Up
At Metropolist, we don’t believe in sitting on the sidelines—especially when it comes to equity, inclusion, and human dignity. Partnering with ETS and REACH is just one of the many ways we show up for those doing essential work in our communities.
Because being an ally isn’t passive—it’s loud. It’s visible. It’s active.
And sometimes, it looks like dancing down 4th Avenue during the Seattle Pride Parade 2025, throwing candy, and making a joyful noise with the people who matter most.
We’ll be there—loud, loving, and lit up with purpose. We’d be proud to have you by our side.
