In the PNW, we are surrounded by mountains, the Puget Sound/Ocean and islands seeming untouched by time. Elle’s passion for nature runs deep, and our area offers an abundance of natural beauty that she absolutely adores. While describing her favorite activities she says,
“As a native to the PNW, I am forever amazed by our lush green spaces. Ares (my dobie) and I love to tromp through our wet forests in the fall & explore trails by the coast in the spring. My girls and I enjoy painting ceramics & wandering antique shops on lazy Sundays…”.

Elle really appreciates local historical architecture stating her favorite styles are the mid-century modern homes and the Victorian farmhouse. When asked about her area of expertise, she says
“I love Tacoma, especially for historic districts. Sitting up above the point- it truly is a forgotten treasure of the PNW. Tacoma is also known for its world-renowned glass art. Urban sophistication at its finest!”
What matters most to her when she is working with her clients?
“Buying & selling real estate can be stressful- it is my job to mitigate that stress while working toward the most favorable outcome for all parties involved. But… real talk? Connection & authenticity are keys. That matters to me most.”
What makes you Elle successful in Real Estate?
“Client satisfaction of course! It’s not about the numbers for me, it’s about the connection. I love to end a transaction with my clients feeling well taken care of.”
Elle likes that her job allows her the ability to work with the same people more than once; helping them buy and when they feel ready to sell, she remains their go-to broker. Having come from modest means herself, Elle also loves being able to help her clients build generational wealth. She is passionate and steadfast, truly happy being a realtor.
