Team Touring, including the Bellevue Condo/Light Rail Tour.
More details about the Eastside field trip!
There are the 19 listings that are possible for touring. We will only see about 6 or so on the tour.
Market Snapshot: There are only 19 listings active in area 510 (Mercer Island) and area 530 (Bellevue). 3 of them are on Mercer Island and the remaining 16 are Bellevue. Of the 19 condos, only 4 of them are above $500,000 and 15 are below $500,000.
We plan to leave the office by about 10:30am. Parking is exciting here today to arrive early. I’d say we’ll be back by 1:00pm – 1:30pm. Excited! –Chad
