This is an important week to check in on yourself and your business.
Here’s a look ahead for this week:
Monday, 7/1
We are answering the question “What is an Appraisal?”
We will practice with a partner and then practice explaining it to your client and finding the areas within the Purchase and Sale Agreement that contain provisions for this issue. Bring your screens/electronic devices so you can access the Xpress Forms online if you like.
Tuesday, 7/2
Broker Meeting day!
We will begin the broker meeting at 10am. Please come early, get parked and get your coffee and breakfast burrito and get settled by 9:30am for networking. Thanks in advance.
Tech Tuesday is right after the meeting. Yep, all things technology.
Wednesday, 7/3
The office is closed in observance of the 4th of July.
Thursday, 7/4
Touring in the Central and South end in the morning, if you’re keen.
