It is the last week of quarter 2. This is an important week to check in on yourself and your business. I’ll be addressing this at our Tuesday broker meeting.
For now, here’s a look ahead for this week:
Monday, 6/25
We are answering the question “What is the Financing Contingency?
We will practice with a partner and then practice explaining it to your client and finding the areas within the Purchase and Sale Agreement that contain provisions for this issue. Bring your screens/electronic devices so you can access the Xpress Forms online if you like.
Tuesday, 6/26
Broker Meeting at 10am.
We will begin the broker meeting at 10am. Please come early, get parked and get your coffee and burrito and get settled by 9:30am for networking. Thanks in advance. I will run the meeting to 10:45am and then we have Sarah Carter from Turnkey Vacation Rentals visiting us for a short presentation. Learn how to use this when clients are considering 2nd home rentals or Air BnB.
Tech Tuesdays with Domenica begins right after the Turnkey meeting.
Wednesday, 6/27
We’re heading up North to tour. If you’d like to join, let me know and if there are enough interested, we’ll make a plan. Find out about the market up North.

We’re touring in the Central and South end. You’re invited!
